It's week 921! One of my favorite things this week: starting talks with an old client who has moved to a new company.
One of our favorite clients (jk, it's you, you're our favorite client) recently switched jobs. This happens all the time, of course. Then we got the call: hey, it looks like we're facing a similar problem at my new firm. Could BNB help with this?
I LOVE it when this happens. To be clear, this is a stupid plan for growing a business; you can't rely on people changing jobs to expand your client base. But it's such a great sign that we're working well! When our customers like and value us enough that they want us to start working with them again, in a new environment, that's a great sign. People take on some non-zero risk when they recommend BNB at their new job. That means a lot!
