It's week 1011!

This summer and fall we worked on a fun project with our buds at CPPR. They've been researching and data-spelunking, trying to come up with a metric that can measure the 'well-being' of children in Kansas. What does that even mean? Health? Environment? Education? Financial resources?

They answered: yes, and more. But can you measure that? They also answered: yes. (I read a book last year, How to Measure Anything

This is a big, fuzzy project, and something where we wanted to create a focused, simple result. We want to make this answer understandable, without being facile or simplistic.
